33 miles  2200′ of climbing.   Ride pace will  be at  16-18 mph.  Meet at the parking lot of Rotary Park.  Four Bumps route   If you spend most of your time cycling in Yolo County you probably understand the meaning of flat. This ride is for “Tweeners” that would like to add some climbing.  We will leave from Winters and approach Cantelow Road from the West and then loop around on Gibson & Steiger to climb the east side of Cantelow before returning on Pleasants Valley road.  This is a “no-drop” ride and the pace and route will be altered as necessary for weather, rider level, mechanical issues, etc. We will regroup often at critical intersections and before and after climbs as needed. Stronger riders are encouraged to help support those with fewer climbs under their belts by helping to sweep the ride, circling around to check the back of the pack, and offer a nice draft to help them back to the group or help guide them back to Winters on a route with fewer climbs. Bring ample liquid and snacks, no services along route although water is available at the Cantelow Fire Station.  The ride will end with snacks and beverages at Steady Eddy’s.  Extreme heat or rain will cancel.
