Friday Morning Spin ride

This week the ride will be the River Road loop clockwise to Sacramento. 45 miles, pace 16-18 on the open road. Return on the causeway.  Snack break in Midtown Sacramento TBD.    Looking for a suitable cafe in Midtown with good baked goods and coffee.  River road clockwise

This ride will be in the 3-4 hour range at a steady 16-18 pace ride in a paceline with good manners.  No sprints. Not a race ride. There will usually be a destination with food somewhere near the mid point of the ride.
