May membership meeting

Come hear Aaron Wedra talk about the Zombie bike ride.  Aaron has been working with the Odd Fellows of Davis to promote this ride for the last several years.   Snacks and drinks will be served, door prizes too!   Non members welcome.  Come early to socialize, meeting will start shortly after 7pm.

Aaron Wedra has been a resident of Davis for more than two decades, having attended Patwin Elementary School and being a part of DaVinci High School’s inaugural class. He is a skilled graphic designer, marketing professional, and event planner, with a decade of experience working at the Davis Enterprise. Wedra also served as a Davis Chamber ambassador and is a member of the Davis Odd Fellows. Additionally, he has worked with numerous local non-profits and community leaders. Currently, he serves on the board of both the Davis Downtown Business Association and the Davis Chapter of Asian Pacific Islander American Public Affairs association.

Wedra’s work with the Davis Odd Fellows is highlighted by his leadership of the popular Zombie Bike Ride. Over the past four years, he has been the lead in developing the concept, entertainment, and festivities for the event, which has seen remarkable growth in participation. Starting with 250 participants in 2019, the Zombie Bike Ride now attracts over 3,000 attendees during what can be called a Davis Halloweekend community takeover.
