Saturday Slow Ride

The Saturday Slow Ride to Dixon starts at the Westlake Shopping Center parking lot and stops at Solano Baking Company in Dixon, then returns to Davis via Tremont and Old Davis Road.

The pace is intended to be slow, at 12 to 15 mph.  One of the functions of this ride is provide a group ride venue for “first timers” riding their bikes to a destination outside of Davis.  The ride  leader will always make sure that the slowest rider is not left behind. The ride will begin at 9:00 a.m. during the Spring and Fall months, Summer 8:00 am.  In the Winter it will start later, at 1:00 p.m.   Check the DBC online calendar for those seasonal time changes.  An announcement will also be made on the DBC email list.
