Board Meetings: Location and time: Submitting an item for discussion

The Davis Bike Club is administered by a Board of Directors, which typically totals 12 members. The Board is elected by the membership at the December Membership Meeting for the following year. Each Board member has one vote on motions submitted for approval by Board majority. The DBC Officers and Directors, and their duties and responsibilities, are defined in the DBC By-Laws, which are available here.

The Board meets on the first Monday of most months at 7:00 pm at the U.S. Bicycling Hall of Fame, 303 Third Street, Davis, California.  DBC Board meetings are open to all. Members are welcome to every meeting. Guests are also welcome but are asked to notify the President (or Secretary if the position of President and Vice President are unfilled) of their planned attendance if they wish to to placed on the Board agenda. Any member interested in serving on the Board should contact the board.
