It’s getting hot and that sweet hydration mix in your bottles is a great medium for bacteria as we get into the summer months. Remember to regularly clean your water bottles – remove the parts of the cap if possible and soak in dishwater, scrub with a bottle brush, then rinse thoroughly. The good news is that modern bottles often incorporate a safer anti-bacterial in the plastic making a less hospitable environment for bacterial. Be safe and stay hydrated
