RESULTS FOR THE DAVIS DOUBLE CENTURY: Davis Double Century 2022 Results
The Davis Double Century is back and will be a live event after 2 years of the pandemic.
This is the largest double century in the state of California. The ride has great views, lots of rural county roads and no steep grades. This is considered to be a “beginners” double century because it has less than 9000 feet of climbing. (Hmm….everything is relative!) This years ride has been modified to include new views of Lake Berryessa.
The start finish will be at the Davis Veterans Memorial Center at 305 E. 14th Street in Davis, CA. This years ride will follow the traditional route through the mountains except there will be some modifications, specifically the valley section which has been shortened, and the course will go along the west side of Lake Berryessa. This results in some changes to the rest stops. Additional course description may be found HERE.
There are multiple locations for lodging in Davis but there is no preferred hotel.
Regular Registration closes May 7: $140
Late Registration closes May 14: $160
Day of Registration: $200
As always, we need volunteers. The ride cannot occur without the tireless commitment of our club members non-members who give this double century the reputation as that it has. Please give serious consideration to supporting this event! (If you wish to receive CTC volunteer credit for volunteering, please note that in the comments section.) VOLUNTEER HERE
Remember, it is not a choice between doing the ride and volunteering! If you work the ride for 4 hours or more you can do the Workers Ride at no cost! The Workers Ride will be one week prior and you still receive CTC credit. WORKERS RIDE
